We typically consider acquisition opportunities involving businesses with annual revenues between £500,000 and £20 million, while our advisory work spans acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, independent valuation, deal structuring and post-acquisition support.
Our team brings together experience from private investment, family offices, professional advisory firms and direct business ownership, providing a practical and commercially focused perspective on transactions.
